Inner Smile was a oral tradition technique, secret used as a shortcut.
Nauli is probably one of the best yoga exercises there is. I say that because it massages directly into the ego, the abdominal wall which holds allot of your personality. Who you think you are has a lot to do with muscle memory. Traumas lock into blockages, in the body, Nauli litterly erases your Karma when practiced a lot.. All that tension, which locks in the solar plexis, will be abliviated with Nauli. Its funny Most yoga studios or schools dont teach Nauli, thats because it actually works, and it doesnt look pretty.
Tao which is a teacher in that link has instructionals on Nauli.

I had always considered the bonds of karma to be broken due to pureness that would exhibit no bad karma.

Awareness dissolves all things effortlessly. There is no need for any practice. Awareness does all the work and it does it effortlessly.
That isn't to say that using effort isn't effective, only that what Mooji points to is leaving the process to the unfolding universe. What is it, if not ego, that wants to change this pace? That wants to control the unfolding? At some point that desire for control needs to be overcome

Yeah but all that is off-topic sir mod. This is about Kundalini, not mooji or what kickle think about mooji.
No offense intended! :P

What is the dissolving of energy blocks into awareness, if not a process of kundalini?

Well only through practice, is when you really know the real answers.
About control, isnt control a Idea? I mean humans need to do some kind of practice, or how would we exist???
Whether you sit down and meditate, do "nothing", or do Yoga. its all the same thing. To destroy the ego.

Trust me on this, Mooji, and skipping to the end, is not on topic with kundalini.
The journey's are in no way relative.
It is the journey of the path that holds the treasures. Thats why people Hike. If they wanted to skip to the end, they could take a plane there.

Skipping to the end? The end of what?
I'm not just going to trust your interpretation of Mooji more than my own. If you want to have a discussion about it though I'm very open and willing

Good question. What is existence without ideas of existence? /broken

Mooji is meaningless to me as well as kundalini, he said it himself.
Skipping to the end of the journey!
If you would like to make a post with your interpretation of Mooji, I will be happy to discuss it with you.

my intent was not to open it...it just started to happen. all i was trying to do was become more aware of my chakras and clear them and let loose tension in my back and next thing you know i feel this energy climbing up my spine in waves.

I just made a post about chakras. I recently began learning about them and have since unblocked a huge amount of unwanted energy. My precognition has became increasingly better by focusing on my sixth chakra lately. I've also had a few dreams that were brief glimpses of a future location or situation, and since I write them down and have been able to confirm them I've had three or four that have astounded me with their accuracy.
