sounds like it. You smoke? then yes. I find the tooth-ache medicine that comes in a littl jar with a blue label and has a dip-stick with a ball on the end works best. It turns into a hard film that stops cold air from touching it. I can't think of the name of it right now. Or try red-cross brand, with the little cotton balls, to jam down in the hole

no i don't smoke.

im gonna go see the dentist tomorrow, hopefulyl they can get me in under emergency circumstances, im just praying its not nerve damage. there's no tingling so i dont think it is. but it just hurts so bad, and im getting a horrible taste radiating from the area. if i even think about chewing food over there my face explodes in pain.

did it clot with blood, and then the clot got dislodged somehow? Or did it even clot with blood in the first place?

If so I'm pretty sure that's dry socket.

Aw man, that blows, dry socket is really awful
I don't know how much the dentists will do, they tend to be really stingy when it comes to pain meds, personally I wouldn't want to pay another dental bill just to have them send me home with an ibuprofen script.

Horrible taste?  My guess is infection.  My mother had hers pulled and got an infection.  She had the taste of rotting meat in her mouth for weeks.  They ended up needing to scrape out the bone inside, and put in a cadaver bone.  I hope that's not the case, but sounds exactly like what happened to my mom.

I think the pain from dry socket is caused by the bone being exposed or something?

I'm going to need mine out soon. My bottom right tooth is impacted, so I know for sure that little bitch needs to come out soon. I can notice my back bottom molar start to turn because of it :/

If it does turn out to be just dry socket, your best bet would be to just start stocking up on OTC -caine medications.

have them take out your molar and keep your wisdom teef, i wish thats what i had done.  Your wisdom teef are all fresh and cavity free and your molars are prolly about to need drilled which is most likely why they like pulling the wisdom teef.  They had to cut into my cheek and cut the roots anyways because i waited so long so im sure they would have done the same thing for the molar instead.  Plus with wisdom teef u could prolly crack walnuts with them, the only downside is there might be a little bit of a gap, most likly would get smaller overtime but the upside is you can hide a straw or something in your mouth so if mcdonalds forgets to give you one:strokebeard:

jesus that sounds horrible.

My back right molar definitely has a cavity from it to, just like the dentist said It would. He told me the last time I went, that I have absolutely no space for my wisdom teeth, so If I leave them be, all my teeth would start to push together and overlap and stuff :uhoh:

I should probably get that taken out soon. I'll definitely ask him about leaving the wisdom teeth and removing the molars to

I didn't get this but a buddy of mine did. Apparently it happens when your blood clot falls out of the hole where your tooth once occupied and then all that is left is the exposed nerve. He described it as the most unbearable pain he has ever experienced in his life until he went to the dentist and they plugged it up with some dentisty shit.

the side that I think is affected is super swollen so I can't even see if the bone is exposed or not, but there's a crazy ass taste coming from the area as opposed to the other side, either way ima go see the doc thaks for the help

Gum some coke.  Make sure it's good and not cut with shit or you increase risk of infection.  But coke will make it better.
