Mycelium Syringe

So I had this big ass pickle jar with wbs that was fully colonized. I injected like 80cc sterile water and made 4 mycelium syringes. Which worked like magic by the way.
My question is now a week later the Mycelium looks not fluffy but hard and shiny. Can I still make more syringes?

Yup, you can make another GLC outta it. I'd recommend Sterilizing a jar of water or LC solution w/ an inoculation point + GE port. Then inject your clean GLC from your syringe into that. That way you can save it for later & don't have to keep re-using the same colonizing jar. I don't do more than 2 GLCs from 1 jar & only use 1/2 filled Pint jars of colonized grain. The smaller jars make it easier to liberate the mycelium & get it into the syringe.
The AMU Q&A Link in my signature has a GLC tek on the first page.
Here's a pic of mine.

Yes it's common with GLCs. Very often the mycelium re-colonizes the grains and you can make more syringes or spawn to a bulk substrate. Go ahead

Check my signature the AMU Q&A Link has a lot of great bulk recipes.
I'd do manure + Verm + lime + gypsum. 40/40/10/10...or something close to that. Just make sure to properly pasteurize your manure
