Seems many here miss the point. Satan is a part of Christianity. Not sure how one can hate their own myths.
Scientology is a whole nother ball of chunky nuttiness.

Even the holy trinity idea... God is three, but really one? what? I think it might be leftover from before the Semites changed from polytheism to monotheism.
Ever played The legend of Zelda? God is the triforce. There are three aspects of it, but there is only one.

Christianity Nowhere teaches the "immortality of the soul." The NT teaches 'Eternal Life,' and if the multitudes of morons ever stopped to ponder this, it means that only God has Eternal Life, and so we have to find that Life within us because its the only thing that survives death. But it also means that Eternal Life is not our personal identity, it is our transpersonal identity, which is te business that says 'we are all one.' We all breathe the same air in life, and we all partake of the same "Ground of Being" (P. Tillich), i.e., Eternal Life. Our 'soul' of sensations, emotions, thoughts, and memories dies! Our spirit lives because our spirit is not specifically 'us' at all - it is the Eternal Life which underlies our individual existence. So, we are all impermanent.
