these look like a typical Pan sp.
They had a black spore print i dont have any pictures of the print but they where Black
I know its a poor picture  they look like foes but they had a black print my fingers where black when i got done picking a few but did not do well in my bag by the time i was done walking the dog they where to smashed.

ok thats seams more like it Psathyrella are pretty close and tend to have the black spores thanks.

black, dark brown, dark purple brown. i'm pretty sure they are still a polyphyletic group; anybody chime in with any clearer assessment.

Definitely polyplyletic, clear as mud.

Sometimes Psathyrella spores are reddish though I don't see that often.
