A little walk through the Santa Cruz mountains... neat finds
    #14220667 - 04/01/11 12:43 PM (12 years, 9 months ago)

I'm relatively certain none of these are active so I won't bother with prints unless they're requested, but I think a lot of these giant forest mushrooms are pretty. I am especially interested in the patch growing on woodchips.

Im pretty angry at my guide. It doesnt list like 8 common actives.

Perhaps Amanitas growing in a large field:

--------------------------------
GIGANTIC MUSHROOM GROWING ON TREE, this thing was as big as my chest

---------------------------------
Panaeolus papilionaceus growing with stropharia semiglobata?

-----------------------------
SPECIES "A" growing on woodchips in a giant field in the middle of a forest. Some kind of gymno?

----------------------------------

SPECIES "B" growing under a fallen log in the forest:

-------------------------------------
SPECIES "C", very large, growing next to a pipe and a log in the forest:

-------------------------------------
ALL 3 SPECIES

since I'm having such hard luck finding actives, Im interested in IDing all of the mushrooms I see as a secondary hobby.
