Depends I normally do 5 quart per bag and pc for 4 hours.. But I have 4 bags in the PC..
How many bags are you doing ??
I would say 2-4 hours depending on amount of total bags..

well I have 6 bag's, with 3 quarts per bag...I didn't want to overload the PC so I only loaded 4 in, and will do the other 2 seperate.

I do that amount for 2 hours but I use a 75x, I would probably run it a little longer if I had a smaller pc....

Be careful with ebay, I got a 25x on there and the dude posted pics of from before he used and abused it, well I got it in the mail and the thing was beat to shit, gauge was broke, valve was shot, and the mating surfaces were all fucked up too and needed machining..

you remember that? That is great! I wish though, I paid 1600 for the pair directly from All American themselves..... I am on the verge of getting two more though. I want to get moar done per day so I have moar time to be lazy,..... Just kidding.
Loading four of those fuckers a day is a bitch, it is a lot of work, you have to change the water, clean them, then reload them ... Shit two of them is a lot of work, four is just ball busting when you add in inoculating to the day as well, ......
Bottom line is you can just get moar work done with the friggen things though. Completely worth every penny......

You're supposed to use spacers between each bag so the steam permeates all the way around them. I use jar lids. With 5 to 6 quarts of rye in each bag, I load four at once into the 75X and sterilize at pressure for 90 minutes, which is plenty. RR
