They we're with scale the summit when they came through, my ears were definitely pleased to vibrate to an entirely instrumental metal show 
If you like all of those bands it is only natural that you would enjoy Gojira.

That they at least took the courtesy of releasing instrumental versions of their albums is pretty badass though.

i also saw them with scale the summit and i wasn't impressed with them, really repetitive stuff. maybe it was just a bad impression at a live show but i was really bored with their style. honestly periphery put on the best show of the night hands down, even better than fair to midland and the nut-job of a lead singer they have
