yeah man, I'm quite younger, I've never been to one either, unless you count electric daisy carnival. and things like that. but I'm like 80% sure I'm goin to this one. probably make myself some really good shroom tea and bring it along haha. I've been to the venue and tripped acid there, and it's an extrodinary place to trip.

Hey everyone, a long time shroomery girl here. I just moved to socal a few years back. Back home in FL I was very big on the burn and have made it out to burningman for 3 years in the past. I am finally ready to get out to events now and Lightning in a Bottle was the first thing that came to mind. Its close by and I love Thievery Corporation.
I dont know anyone out here tho. Does anyone know of any message boards or other places I can go to link up with people going to this event. Hell anywhere I can link up with like minded people here in socal would be nice. Ive spent 2 years working super hard and I want to let loose now. Id love to make some new friends and continue my fun loving life that I left behind.
Much love to all you shroomers...

This has potential to be the best fest in Cali this summer. The line up is real good and I know a ton of great friends that will be there. I'm sure it will be a blast for all in attendance.

Really looking forward to most of the lineup, but even MOREso looking forward for the general atmosphere of this sort of event - workshops, sustainability, seems like it'll attract some rad progressive humans \o/

seems like it should be a wonderful event. The lineup alone is amazing. I mean, emancipator, prettylights, pantyraid, mimosa, theivory corporation, plus many many more great artists, how could you not wanna go, unless of course you don't like good music haha. P.s. @learningtofly , stop being such a buzzkill man. you enjoy a different crowd. we don't judge, nor should you. burners are in fact some of the coolest people I know.

well I have never been to this specific event, but I have been to a different event (jujubeats 2009) at the same venue. On sights, the most I could really say would be to watch the sunset (or sunrise, that's what I did [on acid]) over the lake where the campgrounds are located. Bring a positive attitude and good vibes, and a few chemicals if your in to that, which I would assume, as you are on the shroomery haha.

To the weird guy talking about my mood and being ugly. I havent logged into this website in 4 years I dont even remember why I was depressed, It might have had something to do with my dad almost dying during brain surgery. You sound pretty full of yourself so I must assume you have a very small penis. Eeekk did you seriously message me asking if I wanted a ride? creepy much?
I dont have any problems making friends it would just be nice to meet people that I have connected with previously. I actually talked to 3-4 people that will be going from my area so thats great. Im super excited to finally get a break from work.
Ive seen Thievery Corporation in the past, id love to see them again. I dont recognize a lot of the other artists but Im also from the east coast so I dont know too much about the local talent here.
If anyone knows a camp at LIB that needs volunteers I would love to get involved although Im sure ill find plenty to do when I get there Happy camping guys
