Between Portland and Hood river at a place called Angels rest. ext 28. took about 3 hours with a lot of vertical feet gained. VERY lush landscape and good view.
I Oregon.

it comes at the cost of LOTS of rain lol. I feel sun deprived at the same time. but it's always super green.

Oregon can sure be silly. one moment it will heavy mist and be muggy/warm, then next it will start pouring like hell and be all crazy, and then few minutes later be sunny for a half hour.
But over all, slightly muggy, warm, not super windy. Overcast everyday at least.
Although, the sun will come out soon, and we will get our 3 months of sunshine.
