B+ Temperature Questions

Hey everyone,
I'm new here but I've been reading the info on this site on and off for 5 years. I'm throwing together a B+ casing batch using 5050 on wild bird seed. I'm wondering if anyone could tell me, specifically, what temperatures are right for what stages.
for instance
while they're in their jars while they're taking hold of the casing while they're pinning while they're growing
Also, I've read most of the humidification and air exchange techniques and I'm wondering if anyone can provide any info on which ones are the best for B+.
Cheers!

jars - 66-78
colonizing Bulk SUBSTRATE (not casing) - 66-78
Pinning - 66-74
Growing (same as pinning) - 66-74
Check the AMU Q&A link in my signature. There's a lot of good bulk recipes/grows in the first 3 pages.
Also, A cube is a cube...all tropical weather mushrooms of cubensis grow basically the same.

Yep. (I like to warm mine to 88ish during spawn run, works well for me.)

Hey guys and gals,
Thanks so much for all the info, I do appreciate the time!
My jars have been sitting around 80 for 3 days. I just lowered the temp after reading this. Hopefully I didn't damage any spores?
Cheers
