Tool shows

I was wondering if anyone was interested in trading some SHN sourced tool shows. I have about 8 different shows but my list is about to get a lot bigger. Go to http://db.etree.org/aeonblue to see the list. I am only looking for SHN format shows, no shitty sounding MP3s with gaps between songs. I also know of someone that will do B&P for a lot of stuff, as in tool concerts on dvd and such.

i haven't heard much tool before, but i'd like to check it out... i really like opiate and forty six & two, any suggestions on other songs i should get?

My first instinct is to say all of them but some of the more accessible ones are:
lateralus
parabola

One of my favorites is 4 degrees....
Also check out deadohiosky.net for some free live tool mp3s or my friends site drewbytes.com.

What exactly is "SHN sourced"
Im not sure ive ever heard of such a thing, please enlighten me. :smile:

SHN stands for shortened wave and is a compression format similar to mp3. The major difference is that there is no loss of sound quality and no gaps between tracks of a live show. Go to etree.org for info and to find sources for trading. Support SHN, make MP3s obsolete.

really? size compared to mp3s? what about ogg and wma, are these any good? i don't know and don't really care, can't hear the difference between my own speakers and highend hifi, but i'd still like to know more:)
and thanks for the song tips, they sounded nice.. i'll have to listen a bit closer tho...

i can obtain the following TOOL shows on DVD or VHS:

7.11.2002 Bakersfield CA, 103 min, HQ 1st gen, tour opener
8.13.2002 RCMH, NYC 103 min, close wide stage, killer performance
8.20.2002 New Haven, CT 156 min wide stage w/ close ups
8.23.2002 Buffalo, NY 105min 1st gen, very slose, gets the vibe

Got anything from the Boston, MA or Lowell, MA shows? The ones you have took place within weeks of 2 different shows in Mass.
I would be interested in anything you might have.
