I'm pretty sure that's not a real word.
Real or not, I liked it.

The bible doesn't even state that it took God 6 days to make the Earth/universe. It says in Genesis it took him 6 days and he rested on the 7th, sure, but it also says in the bible "one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years is like a day."
Therefore, God does not follow the same length of days that we have. Honestly, God isn't even effected by time. While it says a "thousand years", what he's really saying is, time does not matter to God. Anyone who takes Genesis at face value is just ridiculous.

To think that an all powerful, all knowledge being is watching over us is so fucking egotistical it makes me sick, personally. What kind of worth do you place on yourself to think that God is watching us, in this massive, ever expanding universe? Too much worth, imo. We're only as significant as we make ourselves, because the universe doesn't care about a small, green rock in the middle of a small solar system in a galaxy that is in the "Nowheresville" of the universe.
In my understanding people don't put enough worth in themselves, they put it all in their personality. Most people hardly even know they exist. Belief in an old man with a beard, watching over us. That sounds like a lack of self worth.
People create this image God to invest their fears into, they cling to this image for if they lose it - they must face life and death themselves. They need an authority, a king, a god - because they can't handle it on their own.
I'll put it like this. I'm going to die when its time for me to die, and I don't need someone to hold my hand.
