Fear not, my friend, I will not bite you.
Would you agree (perhaps you believe yourself as well) that it a common understanding for many people who trip a lot as well as spiritual adepts, that time is an illusion of the mind, all possibilities exist in one infinite moment, and reality is merely how You experience the world in this moment?
Could we be then all still tripping? Sometimes I feel very close to slipping back into this part of my brain. Or if I want to go there it is only a matter of letting it ‘come on’. The deepest moment of your most intense trip is within you still, and you can live in this moment if you want to.

Yes, the deepest moment of a trip is within me, but the drug that I took is not.

Look at Zen approaches and such - that time doesn't exist isn't something to agree on, a conclusion begotten at the height of a trip. There is no time, you are everything, life is literally a trip. Alan Watts!

ya LSD's a myth, the paper's just paper, liquid's just water, and the trip is brought on because you were expecting it to come on, or wanting it to come on, or sitting in your room waiting for any change until you slipped into a meditative state and opened up that tripped out part of your brain
... i've always entertained the above idea when i was tripping.

I agree with your sentiments OP. Life is great. Time is merely an illusion created by awareness passing between different perspectives of the same thing.
