Have you done it?
We all know flying can be done and just about anything you set your mind to.
What about willing yourself to grow an extra pair of arms or legs and actually being able to use them?
Or turning into the wind?
Well?

Never thought about this before, but this is intriguing...
Maybe I'll have to pop some 5-HTP and Melatonin before bed and let the dreams run wild!

My friend mentioned being able to do this many years ago. I've halfheartedly attempted it for awhile.
Once i was able to turn into a dragon, but thats the only case i can recall.
once you can shapeshift then you have to practice inhabiting multiple bodies.
Buddha training.

How does one get into a lucid dream?
I only know i was dreaming after i wake up.
What could i do to let my self know im dreaming while im dreaming?
also is their any kind of substance that i could take that would help this along?

Dream herb definitely gives detailed dreams, would be good I'd say.
I can't do it on command,it usually just happens but I've found the best time is when you've got most of your sleeping done and you're drifting in and out,you need to stay focused/aware at the point your slipping into sleep.
Like say you're thinking of something and then you're subconscious just starts taking over, you need to stay with it and start putting your own spin on it
That's what I've found anyway.
