Brewing Yeast from in progress bottle

I was wondering if their is any reason why I can't take a sample of my currently brewing alcohol(apple juice with premier cuvee) and add this to another bottle instead of buying more dried yeast. Assuming my brew has not been contaminated won't those little yeast guys just multiply and start to ferment the new bottle the same as the last?
Anyone already do this and have some advice? Aside from the contamination problem I can't think of any problems.
If this works couldn't you theoretically continuously be producing with rotating bottles? i.e. be moving a sample from an almost finished bottle to a bottle ready to start and repeat.

when I make poteen I use a bunch of the mash from the old batch to start the new batch. It is like sour mash style whiskey where the old crap is mixed in to keep the cultures going. I bet if you just use the ass and solids left at the bottom of the juice to start a batch it will work.

i've heard of a lot of people even filtering their yeast/sediment through paper and storing that as cakes. i wouldn't do that under kitchen conditions for anything but mash/wash, as you're bound to get some Acetobacter in your culture sooner or later, but i bet with proper sanitation you could pull it off for some long stretches at a time, since i believe those used to be basically the only available methods.
if you do it, make sure it aerates while it pours.

You say new bottle, are you brewing in a fermenter and then bottling? Or are you buying apple juice in gallon growlers and fermenting it in straight in the bottle?
If you're going to try it, I would brew it in a primary fermenter, let it sit there for a while after it stops fermenting to drop out all of the yeast to the bottom, and then bottle it. If you use a racking cane, you'll have a nice layer of sludge at the bottom, and you can use that, since that will have a high concentration of yeast.
You could also try making a "starter" of continuously-feed yeast. Get a small container with an airlock, pour in some honey, water, yeast nutrient, and yeast energizer. Every couple weeks you could pour off some of the water/honey and add in a new water/honey mix, the same way you keep a sourdough starter going.
