Cobweb invitro?

AFOAF had inoc 8 jars 4 days ago, 3 of the 8 just accummuled wat he thinks maybe cobweb mold...doesnt smell bad really, but it doesnt look thick and ropey. How can he be sure, the other 5 jars have no growth watsoever. are there any possible ways to clear it out of contams? Cause he used all the spores he got.

Don't open the jars. When the spores germinate all you can see is a wispy growth, give it time.
If the growth is not located near inoculation points you should consider contamination a possibility, wait and report back after a week or if you spot any weird growth.

My friend is real grateful and relieved, the growth is near the bottom though and sporadicly located, not really in innoculation points. It looks like the cobweb pictures just havent seen, or heard of it being anywhere but on the surface. Will it change colors eventually if it cobweb, or how can i tell later on...He dont want it to go too long or else it may contaminate the other jars.
