a lot have sites have been changing certain aspects of their web-sites like deleting or changing information, re-wording, removing products, etc. This all seemed to happen after that one web site got busted (can't remember it's name....think it starts with an F...) Almost days after that Homestead Book Company took there ez-grow kits off their site and Spore Works re-worded thier information and deleted descriptions on their products (like potency etc...) I guess they are all trying to cover themselves so they too don't get brought down.
So maybe this is the reasont they got rid of the myco-bags....legality....giving people the tools to make seemingly illegal materials all in one package is definetly kinda risky...

does anyone know of any other place to get a pre-sterilized bag/kit somewhat similar to the mycobag? my friend had success with the mycobag and wants to try and find an alternative without turning to pftek and having to sterilize everything. thanks

I think there are several shroomery sponsors selling presterilized substrate.
Why exactly do you wish an alternative?

my friend liked his first attempt with the mycobag, and was hoping to use a couple bags and this time CASE them for better performance. he is learning about mycology and wanted to start simple by bypassing the need to sterilize stuff. do you know which one of these sponsers sells grow bags for this purpose? thanks

No, I meant, why do you search for an alternative? Sporeworks still sells them....
