Trigger points and muscle release

I got a workers comp injury doing Data Entry that I eventually got a settlement for.
It can lead to all kinds of other pain, and i noticed my leg pain from an old knee injury also had tightness issues.
strengthening helps, but I got a couple of trigger point massages and learned to also release trigger points and move the muscles in ways to stimulate blood flow and healing and relieve all these muscle knots.
I do it a lot but I need to do it a lot. I don't imagine it would be as easy to stretch without doing it.

She totally has this huge book! The Trigger Point therapy Workbook, Second Edition, Your Self treatment Guide For Pain Relief, by Charles Davies NCTMB (???)
It's not even cracked open, but I'm going to delve into the mysterious and feel better world of TRIGGER POINT MASSAGE!

PS, thanks for bringing it up ;D

I get headaches all the time.
Apparently that hand muscle between your thumb and forefinger is the pressure point.
This lady at work is telling me about this (as I tell her I have a headache) and then proceeds to take my hand and squeeze the ever loving shit out of it. Like imagine someone stabbing your fucking hand. I just pulled my hand away and told her to please not do that. I wanted to punch her.

100 percent of my day was data entry.
i am not talking pressure points i am talking trigger points, points the push out the contracted muscle and release the muscle system

Ouch. Data entry fucking blows so hard. I could never handle it for more than 3-5 hours a week.
