, goddamn it, everybody is high right now besides me!

Don't be too envious, I did another hit and before I knew it I was not where I wanted to be... Weed typically has very potent entheogen like effects on me, and it's too easy to "over do it" since I hardly smoke anymore. So, I found myself bodiless, merging with this strange fingerless hand like shape, whose feeling I can associate with the words "familial hub" Then before I knew it, I was a pulsing skeleton dancing wildly through a directionless abyss, made not of bone but tiny strands of rapidly changing colors, mostly reds blacks and whites.... It was so horrific and painful, that it was ecstatic. I wasn't seeking it so I wasn't exactly happy to be there, but, what can I do but roll with it? I just wanted to be baked...
Wish I had the ability to do some of the things I do in that world here... Aleister Crowley, move over.

I felt this before on weed, it was intense.

Weed has ridiculously dissociative effects on me if I get high enough in the right frame of mind. It's rare (only 3 times so far), but when it happens the idea of "me" as a person seems a ridiculous joke, as does the world, and universe entirely.

To the topic, I would change a few things, prohibition being pretty high on the list. And who could resist mass orgies ? I'd also use it to stop genocides and such. Although, I wouldn't trust myself with that much power...

I think large scale changes could be a serious blunder with the power. I'd keep it as simple and small scale as I could, minimizing any impact to the point that it was almost as though it had never happened. Approaching it as though I were traveling back in time and had no clue what effect my actions might have.
