It was better than I had expected. All the hype about it, I was expecting a average movie but I was on the edge of my seat for most of the movie.
Anyone else seen it? Enjoy it? Hate it?
Did he end up getting off nzt?

It was ok. I found too many flaws and inconsistencies in the plot to really enjoy it though. They didn't wrap enough things up or set up events seamlessly.
Its definitely one of the better movies to come out.

You know, watching the trailers to this movie was what sparked my renewed interested into all things psychedelic. I thought to myself "When was the last time I feel like I was really understanding most of what was happening around me?" and my answer was "Back when I hung out with Lucy"..it piqued my interest once again and after some searching, came upon this forum!

I was nodding through some of it and the main character Eddie talked way too fast for me. Even though I only got bits and pieces of the movie and called most of the "smart solution" things they did in the movie, the filming style is what really captured me.

I just downloaded it and it looks like a better movie than most crap comming out out of Hollywood these days. The main actor isn't the best actor I heard. And it's basically about a douchbag that becomes even more of a douche. But I saw the opening scene and it was really cool as a camera moved through the streets.

It was entertaining to say the least, I might recommend to my friends to wait until it's out on DVD though... The general premise of the movie inherently leaves room for holes in the plot. And to the Shroomery crowd, what kind of drug can't be found on the black market, given the wealth that these people had access too? I know it's fictional but I'm just not sure that's how things would play out of that drug were to exist.
I enjoyed it though .
