You might want to try and take some of those wood chucks out if they could be covering the seeds and blocking the light. I know from personal experience that Miracle Grow's extra wood can hinder germination rates.
That hydrogen peroxide is a good idea and should take care of the mold real fast.

Hydrogen peroxide was applied via q-tip and seemed to do the job. I'll do my best to find them amongst all the soil but it'll take a little while I think. I was told to sprinkle a thin layer of soil over them but I guess that's a no-no.

15 minutes later it has become quite apparent I am not going to find a single seed amongst the soil. Lesson learned though. Next time I will not be sprinkling soil over them no matter how thin it is. I moved some of the topsoil around a little bit in hopes that I uncovered at least a couple of them for the light to come through. Now all I can do is hope and pray it worked, and hope my loph fruits again so I can give future seeds a chance at life. I really do appreciate all the help guys. I am a noob when it comes to germinating.

Don't give up on those seeds yet man. I've had seeds germinate two weeks after sowing so I would keep your fingers crossed.

I'm very patient, especially when it comes to anything loph related. I'll monitor them closely and leave them be for now and see if anything happens in the coming weeks.

I can't believe it! I finally have a very healthy looking loph seedling in one of the cups I sowed the seeds in! I was ready to toss all 3 cups thinking the project was a failure but I hadn't checked on them in roughly a week. It was a great surprise to see the baby sitting there looking happy and healthy. I'll snap a pic tonight or tomorrow and post it up.

That's a pretty decent size for a month especially if you're using natural light. You must have missed the seedling when you checked earlier.

Yeah, the last time I checked was at least a week ago, possibly even closer to 2 weeks. Also there was a small wood chip partially covering it so that probably obscured the view from the angle I was observing from. I am thrilled and will be taking good care of this little baby. I'm hoping to get more fruit from my lophs so I can try for some more.
