I suggest you put your sgfc outdoors or take the lid off if indoors. Oysters require a lot of fresh air and light, but will do just fine in ~70% humidity. Last year I grew most of my oysters outdoors in sgfc's and just sprayed down the outside of the container with a hose once or twice a day. It helps to keep bugs down if you grow them outdoors to use more small holes in your container vs. less large holes.

Yes, less mature taste better but they're all delicious.
