No. To both. Panaeolus needs manure to fruit, azurescens needs outdoor woodchip beds.

There were many attempts to fruit Panaeolus cyanescens on coir over the years, most failed while few delivered a sad looking fruit or two. In short, coir is not the suitable substrate. Yes, wheat straw supports substantial fruiting, that's true. I was not aware of any Paaneolus grows on straight rye (cased I presume), I suppose it's possible but even some BRF cake grows I've seen included manure in the formula. And to my knowledge noone has managed to fruit azurescens on anything other than wood, not even coir.

But still, your best bet is to use manure or straw for pans, I doubt yields on cased grains would be anything to write home about. Several seasoned cultivators managed to fruit azures indoors, also with rather poor results. And some of those grows were done in trays that were left outdoors for several months until they started pining, and then moved inside.
