Problem with making spore prints

So im in the middle of my first grow, the strains are B+ and Mazatapec, and im now trying to get some prints. I picked some fully opened caps, let em sit for 2 full days and NOTHING! I got a tiny really really faint prints, and it looks like all the spores are stuck in the gills because the gills are BLACK and i mean straight black. Its kind of frustrating. Ill outline my printing procedure below and maybe someone can tell me what happened...
Heres what i did:
-Spray down glove box with disinfectant and let sit an hour -Wash hands really well -Rub down rectangles of aluminum foil with 91% Iso alcohol -Picked mature mushrooms (Cap fully open) -Carefully removed stem -Set cap gill side down on aluminum foil rectange -Immediately move aluminum foil with caps into the disinfected, settled glovebox and cover with a papertowel.
Now with my procedure in mind, what could be causing my spores not to drop?

possibly if the gills are dark black like you say, then they shot most o ftheir load before you harvested?
or maybe they just dont have many spores to drop...sometimes you dont get dark prints...but keep in mind if you can see a print, thats more then enough for a few syringes...
also no need to wipe the foil down with iso, aluminum foil is sterilized right off the roll..

yeah as he said aluminum foil is sterilized and rubbing alcohol only sanitizes so that should be avoided, one thing ive experienced is sometimes the rim of the cap makes an airtight seal around the gills and that will prevent spores from dropping some concept if you set a small glass over a cap it wont release spores because humidity does need to escape. if the spores are black that indicates the presence of spores but if the caps have allready dried out they wont be releasing any, if theyve been their for 2 days thats all your going to get from those caps, as stated above if you can at least see them then your good to go, also as stated above some caps simply dont give that many spores
and if you ever run into a spore printing emergency, ex. last flush of a strain you dont have any more prints of. use a sterilized cotton swab and swab the gills and you should get plenty of spores. just put the swab in a sterile ziplock bag ^_^

Thx for the replys. I just checked today and of the 2 B+ Prints, only 1 had dropped anything and it was really light. I just harvested the rest of my Maz cakes first flush and set out 4 more caps to print Hopefully i get something, if not i should have 2 more flushes to try again lol
