Sleep Deprivation Help?

So, recently I have started another tolerance break as the consumption has gotten too high to be affordable. One use of the magical plant for me is it cures my insomnia better than anything else.
Normally when I start a tolerance break, I get a bit less sleep and it's pretty shitty. This time, however, ... well, let's just say I've got 1 hour of sleep in the past 4 days (2AM now so today will be the fifth).
Seriously, I'm pretty worried about my health. I've rarely been eating, and (physical) activites I usually find simple are taxing and exhausting. Climbing the stairs, walking to class, you know. It leaves me wanting to collapse.
I've been having minor hallucinations as well, shadows/figures in my peripheral vision, moving/bending patterns, objects seeming to move around. These all stop whenever I look at what it is, it's solely peripheral.
What should I do? Going to a doc is sadly.. out of the question I am going to drink myself to sleep tomorrow if I can't find another solution.
Thank-you for any suggestions you can offer, I don't know what I'd do without you guys.

I would suggest a workout routine, eating a multi vitamin and eating healthy food high in fiber. Of course avoid caffeine before bedtime.

Have you tried Melatonin? It works for some people but not for others... I've found that it works very well on nights when I don't have any herb around.

Are you a very anxious person?
I know a lot of times, the problem stems from anxiety...lying in bed thinking about the fact that you cannot sleep will, of course, keep you from sleeping.
It's corny but try breathing exercised....focusing on each breath once you are ready to go to sleep.
Dont hang around in bed if you arent tired.
Also, a good tactic is to change your scenery...if you cant sleep in your room, go to your living room, or anywhere...even if you have to sleep on a floor.
