temperature question

alright, my friend is trying to initiate pinning and has followed all the steps - adding light, fanning, etc.  however, he has one question regarding the temperature drop.  right now it's pretty cold outside (much colder than the temperature they were originally in).  he left the windows of his room open for about the last day and a half.  during the last ~24 hours the temp drop became very apparent.  well, would it be wise to close the windows and let the temperature rise back up a little?  it'll still be fairly cold inside his room (damn college dorms don't provide any protection) and they have been at A considerably lower temperature for quite some time now.  in fact, it was in the 60's for awhile and the day he decided to start trying to get them to pin there was a sudden cold snap and it started snowing outside.  looks like something's watching over him  :grin:

yep, raise the temp to optimal now (70-78)

your terranium thing will keep the temp prolly around what you need.....Just wait a few days...youll see pins.
