Why? I'd harvest all the good sized ones now before they pop. Then harvest the rest when they get bigger.

Leave the ones that are in the same cluster as the one the ones you want to grow. Pick all the ones that are ready that won't disturb the others.
Also, your RH is a bit low.

if you can get them out safely go ahead and do so. get as close to the base of the stem as you can and gently twist and pull, comes right off.
the best time to harvest is said to be when the veil begins to tear. the best time for prints is when the cap opens fully.
the ones that are open are crazy cracked, so you should up your misting alittle because they are a bit dry.
but otherwise you have a nice flush.

Everytime I see pics with tons of mushrooms growing it makes me drool. I would pick the ones you can, if some smaller ones come out as well, it's ok. Smaller ones are more potent. Definately try to pick the big guys though

no, pick the big one take the 3 attached to it they are all in the same cluster. that big one will shoot spores everywhere before those two mature..
and dont ask that question in that way, but yes its still good
awesome clusttering i might add.

Cut off the cap & make a print...
You can leave all them until the smaller ones mature, but I really don't think your fruits, unless they're really tiny, are going to get much bigger... I picked all of that one @ the same time (notice the small clusters in the back)
The larger ones are leaching a lot of nutrients from the substrate & picking a few of the larger ones will help the smaller ones grow. I normally just say "screw it" & pick somewhere between where you're @ now (leaving the large ones unless they're super huge & ready to spore everywhere) I'd just leave them for 2-3 days then pick them all @ once, unless you want to cut a few tops off for prints..
You're just going to be leaving more nutrients for the next flush.

not only is your humidity low, they need more fresh air..
using humidifiers takes some time to get them dialed in, and honestly a pain in the ass which is why i wont use them, monotub's all the way!
