awesome post and pics. The subs certainly are potent.
If you still have that water - tip it into a woodchip bed somewhere at your house or close by, thats probably got tonnes of spores in it if you have the mushrooms sitting in the water for a while.

Some great pics and much success for everyone in here, it seems. I went for a cruise down the coast over the weekend, not hunting for shrooms, but found a few bobs I thought worthy of pics (and some jumpy-men too!).

yes I did I spread it out over the wood chips in front of the house. We live in one of those places that has maintained lawns with tons of wood chips, but no gum trees or pine.I dont know how well that will go over but If im not in this place next year someone will find them,or I will just come check next year and say I lost my keys haha. I rubbed a lot of spores off the tops of some of them so there should be thousands of spores in there. The water turned blue as well. I just wanted to give them a quick rinse before drying. I have to say it is a wonderful thing to go where my wife and I went on these babies , to see her true beauty come out with all walls down was wonderful and opened up so much love between us. Next time going to to the country to do some camping and space exploration.

I was wondering if any of you had ever stored them in honey? My mom said thats what she used to do and the honey would turn purple. She said you would fill up the jar of honey and after a month or so you just need one tea spoon in your tea and your off.

i've heard of people doing this. I'm not sure how long it will keep - whether mushrooms will rot in honey?? i dont know. I think i've heard of people grinding the dried mush into a powder and stirring it into the honey. The problem is accurate dosage. It would be difficult to get the ingredients spread evenly throughout the whole jar of honey. Or maybe the goodies would soak into the honey and the material would not be necessary?? i dont know. eitherway, it would be hard to dose accurately. Would be cool though to have some nice tasting honey mushroom tea, or honey mushroom sandwich, or honey mushroom pancakes?!?! FOR THE WIN lol

Well I know honey would preserve them for a thousand years probably .They found stuff preserved in honey in jars in the pyramids, and thats a long time. I think if you did it one teaspoon would be a great way to find out.I just cant get over the fact that the ones I picked last week turned all black! Even today I saw some that were very large and old and had turned all black, cap stem and all. Ive read somewhere in here that people have had patches around here with ones turning a little blue or more blue.so I find myself lucky that the first patch I've ever found has these ones that just seem to love going all black, but damn they are potent. I want to know what happens when you give in to that feeling that you are going to die if you let go and let it take you where ever it wants.Ive read carlos Castaneda's books and don Juan says you have to make it your ally and not to over take you.but to me it seems that if I was to let it overtake me then it wouldn't be my ally, that I would be giving over total control.I wish I had more friends here that have gone over that line. Im the only person I know that does this, other than my wife(because of me). Any ways.............

I don't mean the honey will go off, i mean theres a possibility that the mushroom material inside the honey may rot, as its not in a dry climate, but then again maybe it being covered in honey where no air can get to it will prevent mold. From what i've read and what i'm told people have out of body experiences and are treated with a blissful journey, filled with revelations and a general serene and blissful feeling.
If your shrooms are going all black, that means they are either rotting, or you aren't drying them fast enough.
it's not an easy thing to do, i couldn't let go on my biggest trip and fought my way through it, and kind of tormented myself in the process a bit.
most of my friends aren't really into tripping or high dose tripping either. they're all mostly scared of psychedelics and think it will send them insane and whatnot.
Most of the people i know who are into tripping are people i've met on here to be honest. Theres some great people who frequent these boards.

Well my shrooms did dry out all the way and they did turn black,do you see how this stem is black? Its not rotten, its good. Thats what I mean with the others. The caps didnt turn all black, but a lot of the stems did,and with the cubes that I used to have they only had little patches of blue. I try not to bruse them to much as I think the blue happens with the degrading of the psilocybin touching air. so maybe the more blue the more damaged, but also show more potency?

yeah, no worries, those are fine. I'm not sure whether the more blueing means loss of actives, or whether its the conversion of pcybin to pcin. I just try not to bruise them also, its a superstition for me.

they are very potent, i'd say your better off starting in the lower range of 1-2 grams.
and theres no real way to measure it without scales really. not with any kind of accuracy. just start small and work your way up. dont dive in the deep end before you've tested the shallow water first.

3 grams will be very potent for first timers. leave it in lemon juice for 30 minutes for an even more intense trip that lasts 3-4 hours.
make sure you get the scales, you are silly if you don't measure drugs before taking.

At first I grabbed it thinking it was seed pod or something, but his claws were anchored to the cap. He wasn't going anywhere.

Well spotted. The shot was taken at 1/5th sec so the fly must of been there much less than that.
