Dunking BRF cakes.

Exactly two weeks ago, I started cultivating the F+ strain from Ralphsters, using the BRF/half pint jars growing technique, and it looks like they've reached 100 percent colonization (I might let them sit for another one or two days though, considering that they reached full colonization today).
So my next step, is the dunking and rolling part. However, I read numerous posts on the dunking process (some that were even eight years old, but I think I would feel much safer getting newer information. I read in one post that you can simply take out the dry verm from the jars, and just add water to them for about 12 hours, and in another I read that you were supposed to dunk em', then stick em' in the fridge for about six hours. I watched all of RR's videos "Lets grow mushrooms", and I think that sticking all the cakes in a pot of water over night is much simpler. Also, all of my jars have extremely visible droplets of water all around the mycellium. I'm talking large, looks something like your car window, after a rain (or maybe even during a rain), so is dunking even necessary with all that visible moisture?
What do you guys suggest? By the way, this is my fourth attempt at growing, and I don't wanna mess anything up, considering that I finally have something successfully going on.

Yes you still need to dunk, visible moisture is common, and doesn't really tell you anything about the internal moisture content does it?

As per the videos posted earlier, take the cakes out, gently clean under running cold water, place in a pot filled with water and leave it alone for 24 hours. than take them out another gentle rinse, roll them in verm, pop em in your fruiting chamber, and spray with a fine mister about half an hour later. It's amazing the results you get with those great videos if they are followed precisely.
