Am I really the only hunter? Where are the MH&I folks?
Just to be clear I took your term fungus literally and hunt and database ALL fungi, and no longer consume active species.

Right now I buy my mushroom spawn (Shiitake, Reishi, Oyster, etc) so I can grow my own edible/medicinal mushrooms. I've done some hunting but am not confident in my ability to correctly identify what I'm looking at out in nature.

probably over at mh&i
I only hunt my mushrooms. Mainly because noone grows around me but also because the reward is all the more sweeter when you have to work for it

Hunt, for the large majority.
I grew edibles before. Grew actives before.
Gonna get back into some grows this season. And trying to start hunting more, since I've been kind of distanced from it these past few years.

Should be multivote (I hunt and grow) and has no STAL option. This poll is invalid.

Can I ask you why you chose to no longer consume actives?

Just grew out of it. I used to trip plenty, but I learned a lot about myself and the world and just don't feel like taking them anymore. I have no problem though with responsible adults who choose to consume them.
I may again someday, but it has been more than two years....

I USED to grow, but due to special reasons, I just buy when I want to trip. Which is about 3 or 4 times a year :\

I'm surprised by these results. I had imagined that the vast majority would've been growers. I thought asking the question was a little silly, now i feel it wasn't!
(grow)
