Yes. Follow the recipe to the "T", loading half the amount of grains into your 125ml jars that RR suggests to load in his 250ml jars for sterilization.
Elevate the jars off of the bottom of the PC with a few tiers of jar lid rings. Fill with water until the water reaches the level of the jar lid rings. That'll be enough water inside of your PC to pressure cook the BRF cakes for 90 minutes at 15 psi's.

Sorry about the 25 psi. That was a typo that I'v fixed already. Posting in the dark and on a head full of Purple Kush isn't recommended, and yes, the same amount of grains RR preps in his videos to fit into 250ml jars will fit exactly into 2 times the amount of 125ml jars.

sweet thanks! enjoy your kush so the pc will be okay as long boils/steams for 90 mins would it be safe to open the lid throughout the process to check if the water has ran out.
so im guessing 1 - 2 inches of water would be fine? or would it be better if i loaded enough water til it reaches the rack?

Loading the PC with water up to the rack that the PC comes with is fine, as well as, 1-2 inches of water.
If you have a PC, go with pressure cooking your BRF cakes for 90 minutes at 15 psi's. Pressure sterilizing's superior over steam sanitation.

Pressure sterilization can still be achieved from your PC, if your PC doesn't reach 15 psi's. Lower psi's can be made up for by longer times in the PC.
I'm thinking 90 minutes at any psi will suffice in properly preparing BRF cakes seeing as how plain old steam sanitation (0 psi's) is sufficient enough to "sterilize" BRF cakes for inoculation.
When sterilizing grains, you'll need to compensate for lower psi's with longer times in the PC. Exact PC'ing times are based on what psi's your PC can reach.
