I'm a zen buddhist, so I tend to try to make anything I do a meditation, although I don't actually practice zazen. For some reason it's easier for me to clear my mind and focus on nothing when I'm actually doing something.

I know (somewhat) what your going through. Shit, a couple hours ago I was in my room in the dark thinking ways I could kill myself. I meditated a bit, in my own way. I also took a Diazepam pill and feel better. I've been dealing with severe anxiety and depression for the last 12 years, half my life. Reason why I've done nothing with myself. I'm still here. Live to see another day. Then we'll see what happens.

Thanks. The night's panic has subsided, so I'm back to just being meh about life.
