Is this kind of reality just a prison?

If life is a dream, then what is the point of this kind of dream? I'd much rather be kicking robot ass or something.

I don't think life is a dream, I think we are just on a level of reality that our current human bodies can interpret. Our reality ain't so bad; nature can be awe-inspiring, stuff and people in your life that put a smile on your face, the awesome plants that Earth has provided for us, ect ect. Our problem is society, the more you dwell into society and it's vices, the less you are in touch with reality, and you live a man-made reality. The fate of our current reality rests on whatever discoveries we will make in space in the following years.

Of course life is a prison of sorts. You are trapped within the confines of a decaying body and the confines of the need to feed it. Then the confines of your mind and culture. And as far as I can tell you were put here without a choice.

We are the product of science; our planet, all of our species, life was made from space waste. Our reality, as shitty as it may seem, may be a trip for some less fortunate aliens. You know we aren't the only ones here...

No I don't know that there are aliens here. And as far as I can tell no one else does either.

Anyone with minimal knowledge of astronomy knows that there are aliens. The same circumstances that led to the formation of our solar system, planet and life, exist throughout the universe and possibly within our very own galaxy.

And I would ride a comet, firing on chicken invaders But I cant.. so the way I see it, you should do things which you can, and stuff that makes u happy or fulfilled, or something.. rather then focusing all you points on a dream which you are not dreaming. If you were to dream kicking robot ass.. would you not want in that moment to do something other perhaps?

I have a little more than a minimal knowledge of astronomy and there is no assurance there are aliens. People who "know" something without hard evidence are fools imo. I shouldn't be too surprised if there were aliens however. I think it's likely but do not fool myself about it.

No thanks, I'd rather not temporarily go completely insane.

Yes. Life's waiting room to take a quote. Responding to the original Question IMO, or at least in my existence.
