Who else thinks these games are awesome? I've never in my life met anyone else who has played them. I love the simplicity of the first one, and the multiple endings.. somewhat sandbox.
The second one was dubbed terribly in English, I would rather it was just subtitled like the first but it had so many added features and they really amped up the sword fighting system to make it easier to stylize your play.
I'm still fucking waiting for 3 to come out, am I the only one?

I remember being bummed when I beat the first one the day I bought it, but then when I played again totally differently the second time around it was great. The third play was even better, then I realized that I was in love and kept playing. I thought I had figured out how to get the one ending that was hard to get and you had to plan it all out perfect but I never ended up playing again seriously enough to attempt it.
I'd like to go back and play it again. I remember the fighting was just straight up fun and being able to take all the weapons people had is a feature I've always looked for in games. I liked how the swords all had different styles and you had to figure out the right way to use it (especially the ninja style swords).
It was a "good" game that was perfectly done and that made it great. 8/10 for me, despite its somewhat cheap feel. It was just fun as hell.

Ah right, the happy ending where the warring clans jon together at the last moment and fight off the opressive government dogs and none of the main characters die.
My favorite one was the Karou family ending because you got to fucking disembody the entire other clan AND THEN fight the government. Kitcho is a pussy anyway. Karou went out like a fucking man!
