I used to love getting spun with guys older than me and listening to their crazy stories.

Even all wacked out I was pretty mild, just my laid back personality.

My stories from back then.... very fuzzy.

I have drove my car through a gang of roller bladers. I started to break but realized that they where not there when I realized it was 2 in the morning. Nothing like getting baked after work than driving home in a dream state.

LSD on the come down of a couple day run was.... odd, very clamy and odd visuals. My friend asked me if I was alright. Very... well, my arms where melting into the chair, in a very angular way. If I could draw I could actually recreate that one... it is stuck in my mind.

The time I woke up from a quick nap with a tray of pot in my lap and instictavley threw a bud in my mouth and started to chew. I guess I was hungry. I saw stars.

Friends running back after doing bad thing on a train bridge that ran across a freeway, I think I was hiding in my bedroom, listening to shadows.

Watched a blue jelly fish swim out off a speaker port, then I mentioned very vaguely to my roommate who was in the same state about something there. He saw it, described it and I said jellyfish and he said oh fuck... yeah. Tripped us both out.

Speed, it is a hell of drug. Actually the hallucinations is what got me so deep into it at times. Probably why I just stick to pot and psy's now a days.

After a few day of no sleep, no food and lots of pot, yes.

Sleep deprivation, waking dreams.

I would probably lay around for a week, laughing and brainstorming what to do. Some things off-the-cuff:
  • Buy an apartment for me, and for my parents
  • Make my parents dept-free and give them some cash
  • Travel a lot
  • Pursue my interests
  • At a later point, build or renovate a house for myself from scratch

I wouldn't want to not work again because that would be mentally and socially detramental for me. I wouldn't live like a prince. No mansions, sports cars, yachts, or any of that stuff.
Maybe instead of working 9-5, getting involved in charity projects or the like, or renovating and reselling old houses.
Fun and sad to think about at the same time, because it will never happen.

How big of a lottery are we talking about ?

For a jackpot in the single digit millions, I probably wouldn't miss more than a couple days of work or change my lifestyle much at all. Even if it was big enough to let me stop working I wouldn't get too extravagant, I would hate to get stuck going back to work when I'm about retirement age because I blew through all the money.

id do the basics first, get a house in a good location, a good car, and then id buy a private jet, so i can fly from festival to festival and from show to show lol...id be the biggest music junkie ever, and id be getting spun ALL the time lol, like with all that money who needs a brain?

idk if anyone remembers this thread in the pub but someone posted this house thats like painted in all blacklights and super fucking trippy, id def make sure my basement looks exactly like that

then id buy my parents a house and a couple nice cars and give em money too

realistically whenever im at my house its probly gonna be me getting fucked up, smoking madd blunts, playing videogames on a huge HD TV, all the cool stuff man

id like a soundproof club in my house too, i know enough DJs that i could just invite them over to spin and party and id have a bunch of people to invite over

id love to win the lottery...but if i did im sure id die early, ciuz all id be doing is drugs and stupid shit lol, but with all tht money why the fuck not?

Thatd be good but i was thinking more on the art side like a big center for community events and shows where you could fit like 5,000 people or more. But Im sure you could make a hybrid of a school and rec center. But that take some hefty dough to build, so doubt ill be able to spare it.:feelsbadman:

Naw, I'd buy me a nice little house, a new car and some other nice things. I'd just smoke weed and live off the rest. That would make me happy. I'd also help my sister and my friends out a bit too.

I'd still work because I find my work very fulfilling, interesting, and I feel I have a sense of commitment to it.  I would tone it down a bit though, ideally have a 15-20 week.

I would definitely get some relatively lavish things:  more expensive home, really nice cars etc.

Beyond that I'd choose several "causes" and become very active in them.  I wouldn't want to just donate money to something.  I'd get intimately involved and help lead.  To me, affecting others and having influence are things that I hold in high regard.

Maybe I would offer the Hensel twins money to blow me on tape, giving them the opportunity to become famous stars, or what ever happens to sex tape divas.

I wonder if the wife would approve.
