So if you won the lottery, how different would your life be?

Would you still want to work? Would you still go to school? If not, how would you spend your time? Would you just get high all day and invite a bunch of sluts over and party all day and shit?

Inquiring minds want to know...

Why? I'd imagine that would just add a lot of unnecessary stress in your life...

I'd go to a vegetarian culinary school. There's always more to learn in the way of cooking, but I really couldn't stand to cook professionally. That's far too much stress. It's definitely my number one hobby though.
After that, I would probably go to vocational school for a satisfying low paying job, like veterinary nursing. Working on veterinary medicine right now, but if I didn't need the money, I don't see nursing as a downgrade.
And then hopefully I could start a family. We wouldn't live too lavishly. I'd try to make the money last as long as possible.
The only downfall would be all the access to drugs. My financial situation is all that's really keeping me from really digging a whole for myself. It's probably best that I don't ever win it.

You're pretty lucky then, IMO--a lot of people I've talked to bitch about their jobs and having to go to school.

I was just kidding on my first answer
I would:
1) Buy a huge house with lots of land and a 4 wheeler or 2 2) Pay off my car 3) Get a maid to clean my huge house 4) Invest most of what's left over, or put it in a savings account so I could live off the interest (depending on how much is left)
Other than that, I would do whatever I felt like at the time

Well in this hypothetical situation, let's say that the money is enough for you not to ever worry about money again.
I didn't think about whether I would start a family if I was rich; I am generally averse to that idea, because wouldn't ever want to have kids unless I was rich.
If I were rich, I would probably start my own family, I think it would be fun as hell if you never have to worry about money.

That's the best part IMO, but I'm probably saying that because I don't really do enough drugs to keep me satisfied at this point in my life.
I think I'd be able to control myself fine, I've never really felt super-addicted to any drug.

I'd invest it all except for a small amount.
Then I'd live comfortably (but simply) off that small amount-- still working probably.
I would continue to do this, allowing the money to multiply itself. And retire around age 40 or so.

I'd squander all of my cash on hookers and blow, then wake up one day worse off then when I started where I'd start writing my novel The Lottery Ruined My Life which would be published, leading me to mild fame and an interview on Oprah.
