In the next season I´m planning to do bulks, I got a 15k. bag of 100% pine pellets, as the test has been fairly well I´ll try to follow RR tips to try to get better results next time(I´m quite noob), now It's too hot here.

I did this other cake at the same time I did the cake of this thread, but I didn´t birth it until today. For the latter I used less grain spawn, waited to brown and after 5 days cold shook put in my FC. Really do not expect fruits because can´t see pins, but I'll try.
First cake still in the FC without news, is it normal or should have begun the second flush? Excuse me for my bad english, I hope it can be understood

Update:

this other remains unchanged, this was inoculated with 1/7 or 1/8 spawn ratio aprox.

Some good looking fruits you got there brother!
What shiitake strains are you working with? Let me know so I can send you something you do not have with the package to give a try!

It's browned but not popcorned. You may have taken it out of the bag too soon?
I don't know if that is the case or what to do if so.
I'm just now looking into shiitake bag culture so I don't really know my way around this. I have years of experience with logs, however.
