You may and you may not but until you conquer your uncomfortable feelings in the mirror you won't be completely free. After I did this it lead to complete ego death.

I've stared into the mirror for a solid half hour before and completely got over it, it wasn't a huge deal or anything...that "pinnacle" of your trip that just sort of annihilates you like that seems to just vary from trip to trip to me.  Hell, one time it was a lava lamp haha...it was this really heady 6 hit trip and I noticed the lava lamp well into my peak and the visual of it 100% satisfied the feelings/thoughts I had been struggling to materialize and my entire universe just sort of ceased to exist in a matter of seconds...craziest thing I've ever experienced, literally just watching reality start completely in tact and tear itself apart at the seams, while the whole time I'm gradually losing all mental faculties until I just didnt know who/what/where the fuck I was.  My memory is pretty sketchy on the whole thing after the lava lamp, but at least that's what I think happened lol

Anyway I was mostly just wondering if anyone has any ideas of specific issues this may be addressing?  It seems like if it's as simple as "it feels weird when it looks like there's someone in the room who isn't really here" then that's just not really a big deal and there's not really anything to "get over" in that case
