SOS Green in Jar - PICS

Took a quick look at my BRF jars today and the jar which is most colonized has a distinctly green spot surrounded by white myc. Its a light green color as well and it definitly is a new development.
What do i do? Are the other jars likely to be contaminated? Do I have to throw the jar out or can I steam it?
fuck.
Hope my LC works.

steam it and dump outside..if it was your syringe then it will prob come in all jars, if was poor sterilization it could come in other jars
could just be a fluke and only jar that gets contam'd..

Definately no good, no saving that. You can boil it for a while, not sure how long. I PC mine for like an hour at 15psi before I dump them.....So yes you can save the jar, just not experienced boiling them

this particular jar I forgot to wipe before adding the dry verm.
This jar also had weird looking myc the was grey and this, surrounding the green spot. It the grey myc a sign of infection to?
How long should I steam the jar to make sure its ok?

Biology, if i may ask you a question. Or anyone who can answer.
Does the myc to the top right of the trich look weird. would that be a warning flag? its grey and weird looking.
I want to know this for future reference.
Also, is trich a naturally occuring contamination that could be found in any house hold. Or does the fact I have it mean my house is a trich hot spot lol

trich is everywhere, all over the world...
trich normally looks like a really bright white patch you can definately tell it apart from mushroom mycelium

Trich is white, i thought it was green?
Also I ant believe this happened. I steamed for 90 minutes, and flamed the needle.

Trich starts out white, then turns green once it starts to sporulate.
And you can usually tell because it grows much faster than myc, and it usually forms its own layer on top of or away from the myc.
I think it looks a little more spongey than mycelium.

I mostly tell it apart from the rest ( on agar) because it grows way faster than any other Ps mycelium. I'd wish cube mycelium showed the same vigor as trich.
