Can someone be immune to k2
    #14145661 - 03/18/11 09:22 PM (12 years, 11 months ago)

Whats going on
So I smoked k2 for the first time,
It did absolutely nothing to me
My friend that gave it to me said he took 2 hits and he almost had a panic attack it was so strong
I don't know anything about k2
I never really cared about trying it
I figured why would I want to smoke fake herb when I can smoke real herb
but he insisted I try it out and I'm out of smoke so I figured why not
Nothing...I have a high weed tolerance but I don't see why that would have anything to do with it
but thats what my friend thought as he stared at me in disbelief when I smoked the whole bowl in front of him
Maybe I needed more? and my friend is just a big wuss that got tore up off two hits lol

If the laws of your country aren't that bad, why try the copy when you can get the original? All the synthetic analogues are poorly tested and no one knows what they can do. Could be highly carcinogenic for example; most of them are far worse than the original. no one tested that even on rats and mice. It's legal, but who cares(my neighbor is a state attorney but she turns a blind eye on my weed and shrooms in private. she must know sth)

If you mean K2(weed), what did you do before? THC is the most active compound in them; it always works if you didn't have too much of it before.
Edit: If it was full of seeds or harvested too early - voilá. If you compare weed with artificial lighing to weed grown outdoors - voila.
No, you can't get immune to one specific cultural variety. It was probably an outdoor grow and you are spoiled because the lamps are brighter than the sun

You might have got a fake. They put fake k2 in the same packages as the real thing, the only way to know is if you know what k2 looks/smokes like. You should get Mr nice guy, shit is way stronger than weed.

But yeah, it is probably really bad for you, it gives me diareah.

its gotta be a rip off (fake). because i smoke weed everyday and k2 every other day and that shit still gets me ripped after about a nice joints worth. how much did your friend give you? how much did you smoke? maybe you need more? or it could be weak.... the first time i smoked k2 it got me high and it was kinda hard tecture. but when i bought k2 from another supplier it was stronger and a different tecture (fluffier). there no tellin what
people put in and sell k2 as.

believe it or not, i've actually met someone who wasn't affected by synthetic cannibinoids. he could take bong rips of the stuff and nothing would happen.

right on
I'm not sure if it was fake cause everyone else got something off it
It was bubblegum something or another but they did mention the mister nice guy
I had no herb in my system for the day, that was the only reason I tried it lol
thanks for all the input guys,I just wasn't sure if I needed to smoke more or what
All my friends were saying they just took 2 hits and that was it
They were kinda shocked when I took the whole bowl down

It never really has done much to me ither. I've smoked just a few times, but pretty much only when its offered to me. Some of my friends say its better than dro and stuff; that it gets the job done, ect..  Idk. Maybe I'm smoking the wrong brand. I've never gotten the full blown effects as described by some and am not really encouraged to try.
Btw, like how we can talk about k2 on this forum. On Mycotopia its forbidden >:/

hmm...thats odd man,
I might try it again just to see
my friend thought it was because of my high herb tolerance,my herb tolerance is legendary in these parts :laugh2:
but I told him That wouldn't have anything to do with it
I don't know if it's not allowed,I searched for k2 and seen other peoples post about it so IDK.
I'm kinda new to the shroomery so if it is I apologize

Nah man. Ur good. I was talking about mycotopia. Its another mushroom growing forum. They forbidden discussion of k2 and gave me a warning for making a post about. As if everything else being talked about isn't already illegal.  Shroomery much cooler and laid back.

I haven't checked that one out
The only other one I've looked at is shroomtalk and that was just because of the discount I got at mushbox.com
Then I got lets grow mushrooms
I figured if RR recommended the shroomery then thats where I needed to be
I was a web crawler for a long time before I actually registered
I tried some more k2 and still nothing
everyone else was tore up lol now their calling me a freak

That could have everything to do with it.
Synthetic cannabinoids still act on the same receptors in the brain as weed.
If your receptors are downregulated from pot smoking, you will need more K2 to get high just as you need more pot to get high.

I have smoked K2 several times in the past.  The last time about 10 of us shared two fairly small joints.  Only a couple of hits per person.  We were all gone.  I have smoked weed quite a bit, but K2 is a whole different animal.  The high is quite a bit shorter, but it feels much stronger.  The laughs never stop.  And every time you laugh, it feels like you've been doing it for hours and you forget why you were laughing in the first place.  I really enjoy K2 every once in awhile, but I have never heard of anyone having a genetic tolerance to it.  You never know though I guess.  Stranger things occur.

Cannabis is only a half agonist so therefore only works on CB1 receptors. The synthetic is full agonist and works on CB1 and CB2 receptors.

hmm... I didn't think of it like that
I read in hightimes it was some strange chemical they sprayed on it
I figured since that chemical had never been introduced to my body regardless if its related or not I would get some thing.
I got a bag of smoke now so I'm not worried about it anymore lol :rasta:

All the k2 I have smoked (k2 gold being one of the worst) sucked in my opinion. Took way to much of the stuff to get a strong buzz out of it. The herbs that were used were like wood chips... pathetic.. lmfao. I'm not sure if it was real k2 or the fake(s).

By far the best incense I have burned was "intense" it came in bottles, and had a V on its label with two slutty looking chicks on it. SHIT was bad ass, for a "legal herb". Smoothest, most strong amd enjoyable legal herb I have ever light up in smoke. Its not sold any more now in my region due to law changes or what ever.

I used to buy this stuff called "lucid" back when I had no tolerance. It was good stuff to me back then, I have not tried it recently. Currently, most legal herb consumed in my area now bought in stores, is "redmagic" or "redmonkey". I'm also seeing allot of "fusion"&"dragon" going around. Lol @ all the different names. I do not use this stuff any more often, because I have no reason to.
