Reverse stings are legal.
They shouldn't be legal. If they weren't police they could be at least convicted of felony DCS even if they didn't actually have the drugs. If they did actually have the drugs add a felony PCS, and surely they packaged the drugs which would be a felony MCS. The only difference is a major rip-off by someone wearing a uniform.

Greedy fuckin pigs got found what they were lookin for, 4 shots to the fuckin chest. I hope it hurt like hell, where he probably is right now.
Every encounter I have with the police makes me hate them more. Anyone ever had a cop do any good for them? Didn't think so.

I dont know if you guys read the entire article, but the cops brought the weed, the buyers didn't bring the money, they brought counterfeit hundreds, rolled up with 1 dollar bills, so whos the real crook? They were both shady parties and both got what they deserved... After reading the posts, loosing faith in the comprehension skills of those who replied...
Those thugs would have jacked you for your weed and money, then you would be whining you have no protection. At least the cops are eliminating jackers with AKs... If they buying party had the 250k that'd be one thing.
But that department is guilty of entrapment and theft in my eyes for all the jacks they have ran...
