Can a dog get a contact high from someone who is on acid and pets them a lot?

No, there's no such thing. LSD does not seep out of your pores, it's metabolized within an hour of taking it. the rest of the experience is a domino effect of agonism/antagonism of your seretonin receptors.

what? how would that work? the whole thing about it absorbing through your skin is misunderstood. it can definitely absorb through your skin but I doubt you just spilled a vial or something. most likely its just in your head, but perhaps its that your dog is responding to your actions and seems to be acting weird only because you are
also the only significant relationship with drugs and sweat ik of is with meth, I guess meth comes out in your sweat so some people pick it out and do it again
but yeah dude, don't worry about it, unless you spilled a significant amount on him or fed it to him he ain't trippin so chillax and enjoi ur trip

Lol come to think of it my dog always looks weird when I'm on acid. It was strange because I petted her than she started acting tense and then started rolling around the floor while sneezing. Almost like she could feel something she didn't like too much seeping into her pores.

no but i think animals and young kids can "trip" if you have that vibe around them
my cat always seems to be having a blast while im tripping, because im so energetic and happy and it just leaks over into his psyche and he gets happy and energetic as well.
one time while tripping i was at a friends house, at the time we were all in highschool so he lived with his mom and dad and little sister (probably 3-4 years old). she was in the room with us and we were just talking and mindfucking each other and then all of a sudden she began to get all trippy as well. and we could control her emotions just by looking at her and giving off certain vibes. we had her laughing for a solid 30 minutes (no joke, she just couldnt stop) simply because we were all giggling like idiots and saying weird trippy shit.
she clearly had no idea what we were talking about, but she (like every other little kid) was simply ridin the vibes instead of doing heavy analytical thinking.

I was going to try to explain it, but there's as little or as much knowledge as you'd like.

Why don't people get this? The reason pets seem weird when you're tripping is because..........
YOU'RE FUCKING TRIPPING!!!!!!!

Eskimos have a shaman eat aminitas and then pee, everyone drinks the pee and gets high...
So if youre an Eskimo, don't let your dog drink your pee

Ah, cut him some slack. Animals really do act different when you're tripping, I've even seen it in the way animals interacted with people who were tripping while I was sober, so I will definitely say I think that part's pretty legit. They can just pick up your aura/vibes and feed off that, so it's sort of understandable if you're tripping hard enough maybe to think you "infected" the dog. Okay, still funny as hell, but sort of understandable at least.

Yeah, this exactly. My animals love when I trip. I wouldn't call it "vibes" for fear of being called a braindead hippie, but you have all sorts of microexpressions that you don't even notice you're making, and you pick up other people's microexpressions subconsciously. That's where a gut feeling for someone comes from, and I believe it's also what dogs interpret to become more exited when you're tripping.
