I don't know where this fits in, but I can say there are some intermediate forms like pored mushrooms that can look gill-like (Gyrodon merulioides), and pored mushrooms that become tooth-like (Trichaptum biforme). My guess is that that's the case here. I don't know what to call that mushroom other than "Polypore", but I'm sure that's not right.

Those are teeth.
It looks like a Steccherinum. It's a genus of resupinate polypores with teeth instead of tubes. Unfortunately, I don't have any good references to the genus, so I can't even try for a species.
Nice specimen!
Happy mushrooming!

If I go with Steccherinum into google I get to this Steccherinum ochraceumon local area.
This looks white but local name suggest color of gills something as on my photo. Also local description describes cap as puffy/hairy. So my best guess would be that.
Thanks !
As far as gills type ... our 'translation' of teeth is 'translated' as spines (much more narrow as english term teeths), hence I was in doubt what this might be

If you do a general search for Steccherinum in Google, you'll find plenty of images out there with more brownish teeth. There are several species that look very similar to S. ochraceum, and separating the species looks to be something you need a microscope for.
Still, this is one of the more interesting species to be posted in awhile.
Happy mushrooming!

That alone tells you nothing, from photo, my first shoot, the teeths came out as almost white, so I had to adjust flash to get brown natural color.
