I spend too much time in front of a screen.

Honestly though, I spend all day long in front of a screen. Either the computer, the TV, or my droid.
I don't go outside much, and I'm starting to hate my self for that. I'm getting fat, and I don't like that either. Last year I was active, I was in a size 32 pants, now I'm in a 36 or 38.

It's my fault though and I know it.
But I'm afraid to go outside if I don't have someone with me. I can't do anything alone that involves the public or other people I don't know.
But I guess I have to get over myself, and start at least going for walks alone.
It's up to me to improve the quality of my life.
Guess I'll start now.
Going for my first venture alone outside. I'll bring some xanax just incase I get some anxiety along the way.
Have a lovely day shroomery.

Unfortunately being outside is often overrated. But its definitely healthier.

One fellow on the radio the other day said he removed all screens from his household (televisions, computers, etc.) and the positive behavior of his children increased significantly. Screen saturation of our society is relatively new, especially at the current levels, who knows what the effects are.

Don't be a neuropussy and take xanax. Embrace your feelings and trust yourself.

Start walking everyday and build it up to jogging. Either get in a routine of taking the same path everyday or mix it up, it depends on your personality. Run around with your shirt off and don't give 1 fuck about any cars driving by that you think might be looking at you, they will forget they even saw you in 7 seconds. And if they give you a funny look, look them in the eye and give 'em the ol'

It's getting warmer so I'm like fuck this brother.
Time to get out and live life. I'm buying a portable power pack like this one:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000TKHMWK/ref=s9_simh_gw_p263_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=0MWX331Y1946JZ3G4YG5&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938631&pf_rd_i=507846
and I'm gonna ride my mototcycle to the park every morning, early, while listening to music via a boombox I'll power with that thing (already have some saddlebags and various ties)
Then when I get to the park spend a couple hours there barefoot running and working out with kettlebells.
If nothing else it'll give me the chance to clear my head every morning. I miss that experience when I used to have my dog. Having a dog is a great way to clear your mind because usually there's no one around when you go walk your dog in the morning (if you go to a large state park especially).
You should join me in decreasing your screen-time daily. One step at a time, right?
EDIT:
OH SHIT THE PLOT THICKENS!!!!
I'm getting a new round of unemployment; 3k total.
It takes about $20-50/month to feed a dog. The best thing in the world about dogs is that there are no other expenses. You feed them, they shit, you take them somewhere to train/instruct them for a few hours(in lieu of walking them) and they provide so many wonderful services.
Maybe I should get a new dog? I'll keep you posted.

bout to go for a run, outside is where its at
and don't bring the xanax! you're a living breathing human being, and if you're struck with anxiety that's a good thing because it gives you a chance to face your anxiety, which you gotta do at some point
