Are there loads of different ending s or something?
I got to the point where you have to die in the purifier or make the woman die for you but both ways its the end of the game.
It just left me thinking is that it? It was way to easy and I got no chance to visit even a quarter of the places on the map.
Did I make a wrong choice somewhere?

Dude you need to load up your last savepoint, and ditch that mission. You're missing out on alot.... trust me. There is a perk when you get to a certain level that lets you see all the locations on your map, I highly suggest getting it when you level up. I wanna say its called the explorer perk or something like that. Just start exploring the world of fallout and looking for new missions... There is a shit ton to do. Hope this helps.

Is that mission supposed to be the final mission then?
Or is it just one of many endings?
Thanks for the help

If you get the expansion that raises your level cap, the game no longer ends at that point; you are able to continue exploring and questing.

There are 2 endings, good and evil i think, maybe neutral as well. All are pretty much the same. One of the DLCs, Broken Steel, lets you carry on and its quite good fun. recommend getting it if you want some more fallout action. I got new vegas recently but not really into it, loved fallout 3

That is the end of the game. Regardless of which ending you get, the game ends there, unless you have the broken steel dlc which adds extra story missions after the end. If you have broken steel, then you can carry on after finishing the new story quests

Thats what I thought... There are alot of side missions.
Edit: Also what type of ending you get is reflected by your karma, Neutral, Evil, or good.

You should go to your local video store, and rent Fallout 3: Game of the Year edition. It comes with a disc with all the dlc on it. Pop it in your machine, install the content to your HD, and away you go with fancy new fallout content.
