Adverse reaction, or just a bad trip?

My friend was supposed to have her first trip tonight (four reasonably-sized B+ caps, so obviously not expecting a great deal).
For the first hour she felt nothing, then a little funny, then I managed to burn the shit out of my hands with hot soup, which upset her a bit.
Ten minutes later she's on the floor curled up, telling me she's feeling phantom pain like something hot and cold is trying to slice its way out of her limbs. She's been like this for two and a half of the last three hours, though she's handled it great and I've finally been able to distract her with funny videos.
It's a real shame, because I had a fantastic first time last night and she was expecting/hoping for something similar. She wants to try again sometime but I'm not so sure; she's fragile at the best of times and has some heart problems.
I guess I'm concerned that it was a physical reaction rather than something triggered by her worrying about me. Any thoughts?

Mushrooms are not for everyone....
Sounds like there are issues there...'medical, mental...Maybe meds???
I would wonder if there is some meds she is on that may have had a cross reaction. But, really, think she was not ready for the experience.... With mental process for her, either voice or her parents, to protect herself with regards to her heart... Would think this might not be for her,'least now

Weird.
But yeah, maybe it's possible she was worrying too much about her heart? I know I'm the kind of person who probably would. I sometimes wonder about my heart as it is since I'm just a generally worrisome person .
Shrooms make me nervous too and if I had a heart condition... who knows. The power of the mind is pretty significant when it comes to thinking things are going wrong even when they're not.

She's not on meds, and we only thought about her heart after the worst of the pain was over.
Since I posted this I've found a few reports of hot/cold sensations, phantom pain and pressure sensations, which have mostly manifested in people who have tripped before without incident.
In the end it's her decision, I suppose. I'm certainly not going to advocate it though.

I get cold... But a blanket or movement (read white guy dancing) tend to fix it...
It maybe up to her but telling ya, could lead to a seriously bad day for you too...
