Quick question about WBS moisture

Ok so i started a new batch of wbs. When i soaked and drained, i let it drain and sit in the sun until it was dry to the touch, but very slightly still moist. They looked right. I put them in the pc, and once they came out the jars seemed kinda wet on the inside. Not very wet, but wet enough to have some grain stick to the sides of the jars.
I read that wbs always looks wet when its fresh out of the cooker? is this true? i followed instructions and everything. hope its ok.

mine usually looks wet right out of the cooker. as they cool, the wbs absorbs the extra moisture.

It's a good thing to have enough moisture that the grain sticks to the sides but there isnt a puddle at the bottom. As long as the grain doesn't stick to itself in clumps either. i always end up having seed that looks dry but swollen and the sides of the jars have condensation on them. I think your batch is normal (I can only guess without picks).
You did everything right it seems so, im sure the results were spot on.

yeah, just making sure. i think they are fine. Just worried because my first attempt at grains got fucked up due to too much water.
