Siezure on Acid, Back Problems?

So about a month ago I had an extreamely strong acid experience. I was asking my friends (who were there with me) the other night about what I was I was doing in the "real world". One of my friends said he saw this kid have a seizure once, and it was exactly like that. My other friend just said I was twitching around in the wierdest positions.
Looking back at the trip, there was a lot of intense quick flashing at one point. Now I wonder if that really gave me a seizure. I've had small back pain from time to time, which seems like its been happening ever since. Also I wonder if I should be worried about flashing lights and things that can induce seizures.
Can anyone give me some insight on this?

A past friend of mine had grand mal seizures all the time. Really fucking freaky and scary but after a while you realize how to take care of them, and when it gets dangerous (only if another seizure happens before gaining consciousness).
I don't think psychedelic seizures are the same as full grand mal (tonic-clonic) seizures. I would think they would be more along the lines of Photosensitive seizures or atonic seizures.

I wouldn't worry about it unless it happens while you're not tripping.

Yeah the big issue with seizures is choking on your own vomit. Especially in this case. So if you ever see someone in a seizure make sure they are lying down on their side. Never back, never stomach. Never try to force them to do anything, just hold them gently in that position, allowing them to move and writhe about (which they will).
Also, its always better to call an ambulance if you are worried about their health - it can take some practice to know when a seizure becomes deadly, and paramedics do NOT judge.

Actually always make sure they are on their back never side or stomach. A seziure only causes people to shake up and down never side to side. Put a small pillow under the head so he does not hit it on the ground and never put anything in their mouth. C clamp them if need be, or if they fell before the seziure.

Are you insane? NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER place them on their back. That is the most dangerous position for them to be in. In fact you probably should not really touch them much when they are having a seizure unless you are experienced, but their LEFT side is always safest. And after they have finished make sure they are on their left side.
C Clamp them??? I am not sure if you are tolling or not..
Edit: Besides the fact that I dated someone with seizures, (and was taught by the paramedics on what to do), you can also read about it online.

Well the level of medical advice given in this thread should not be taken as absolute truth (consult a physician, not a bunch of shroomerites), why is the left side preferable to the right side?

I heard its because pregnant women have to be on their left side and its easier for stomach contents to get out on the left side vs. be aspirated into the lungs (which is why back is the most dangerous)

On some intense psychedelic experiences i have tweaked some muscles. I guess i just clench up certain muscles when i get way out there and do not realize it.
