People who get sketched out too easily

Some people need to just relax...
My regular dealer who I get roxys from is out for a couple weeks, so she's like, "you can hit up this guy who I sell to. He has connects for it and I'll tell him you'll get in contact with him so here's his number and ask him where you can get some."
So I text the dude just saying hey my name is so-and-so and I got your number from so-and-so, she said you might know where I can score some roxy cuz she's just dry right now and I'm in need.
And he trips the fuck out! Ignores me, then gets super pissed at her cuz I was apparently totally sketching him out and being stupid texting stuff like that. What the fuck? Does anybody see a problem here? Cuz I sure as hell don't. Maybe he's the super cautious type but to flip out like that is in my opinion stupid. What's he afraid of his fucking mom searching through his phone or something? Get real.

Text messages are notoriously unsecured. I agree with the guy, actually.

Why do you say that they're notoriously unsecured?

+1
If you are one of my friends and you text me about drugs i'm going to be pissed the fuck off.
Too many I know have received extra charges because the police has SOLID proof of what you were selling or implying to sell.

Yeah, probably should have replaced "roxys" with "something".

Because the information in the text message links to you completely and undeniably. There is a complete transcript of what you've written on two phones. And don't think the cell phone provider can't see what you're doing, either. I can't think of a worse way to communicate sensitive information.

I can only see it being a problem if you're already caught and they look through your phone... I guess. So that's enough reason to never send anything sketchy on a phone

Over here police can ask for those messages from the provider (which can go back up to three months I think)
And this isn't america

If that's what you texted, with pill names and everything, I'd be sketched out too.
Just keep shit as vague as possible in a text.
Like, "Hey, this is James, Mike's guy. He gave me your number and said you might be able to help me out..."
There is absolutely no need for specifics.
I agree with the guy 100%.

People who text drug deals are fucking morons.
